These terms apply to your use of mirrortvcompany.com. By using the website you accept these website terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

These are website, configurator and ordering terms. Where separate terms of sale or order terms are presented to you during checkout or with your order confirmation, those terms also form part of your purchase.

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean The Mirror Television Company Ltd trading as The Mirror TV Company.

3. Website and configurator

• You may use the Mirror TV configurator to explore sizes, televisions and frame options.
• Visual representations are provided to assist your selection.
• Dimensions shown are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Displayed colours, frame finishes, reflections and TV-screen imagery may differ from the physical product.
• Colour reproduction varies between monitors, phones and other devices.
• Configurator images are representative rather than a guarantee of exact appearance.

4. Made-to-order products and ordering online

Mirror TVs are made to order. You can configure a Mirror TV, sign in, provide your customer and delivery details, place an order and pay securely through our payment provider. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully completed, and we then send you an order confirmation setting out the configuration you ordered.

Specifications and options may be confirmed with you before manufacture begins. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms. Where cancellation, change and refund terms apply to a made-to-order product, those terms are set out in the order terms provided to you with your order.

5. Product and television information

• Television specifications, availability and prices may change.
• Third-party television brands and trade marks remain the property of their respective owners.
• Reference to Samsung, Sony, LG, Hisense, TCL or any other manufacturer does not imply sponsorship, affiliation or endorsement unless expressly stated.
• We may update or replace the television models we offer as manufacturer ranges change.

6. Measurements

• Customer-facing finished dimensions shown on the website are approximate.
• Manufacturing is carried out using verified final dimensions and production specifications.
• You should not cut cabinetry, recesses or permanent wall features based solely on online configurator dimensions without written confirmation from us.
• Orders you have already submitted retain the configuration confirmed at the time of that order, even if website prices, television models or frame availability change afterwards.

7. Accounts and security

If you create an account, you are responsible for:

• keeping your login access secure
• providing accurate information
• notifying us promptly of any suspected unauthorised use of your account

8. Intellectual property

Website content, the configurator, branding, original photography, graphics and original product presentation belonging to The Mirror TV Company may not be copied or reproduced without our permission. This is subject to third-party rights: we do not claim ownership of manufacturer trade marks or supplier imagery, which remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Acceptable use

You must not:

• misuse the website
• use automated attacks or scraping intended to disrupt the service
• attempt unauthorised access to the website, accounts or systems
• introduce malicious code
• use the website for fraudulent activity

10. Website availability

We aim to keep the website available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or free of defects. We may change, suspend or withdraw parts of the website.

Card details are entered with our payment provider; we do not receive or store full card numbers or security codes.
